I was pleasantly surprised mulching worked so well, I had always bagged. My 1989 14SB had to go to the shop, I borrowed my neighbor's Toro Super Recycler, tried the mulching mode and really liked it. I already had the Deere mulching blade and decided to try the mulch plug. The Toro has all kinds of baffles under the deck. The Deere blade only has a couple of raised areas on it, no baffles under the deck. The new mulch plug worked well to keep the grass in the cutting area. |

Plug works fine. It is a bit snugger fit than the original one but it goes in fine and does the job. |

Accidentally bought the wrong mulching plug for my JX75. This was the proper plug for lower serial number JX75s, and it has worked great for me. Price is reasonable and shipping was fast.
