front wheels and tires for JD lawn tractor
My 25 year old lawn tractor looks pretty ratty but runs great. The last few seasons, however, I've had trouble keeping air in the front tires. Since the tires were really old and worn and the wheels were getting some rust spots I decided just to replace them instead of trying to fix them. Ordered new tires, wheels, and valve stems from GreenPartStore, and they appear identical to the original except they are by far the shiniest and cleanest parts on the tractor. And they hold air!

John Deere 15x6.00-6 Tire - M123810
Exact tire that came with my Scotts S1642 (made by John Deere). Tractor rides like new all over again. Shipped fast. Install tip: Found that I needed to remove the valve stem (inner valve) on the wheel to get a forceful enough airflow to get the tire to seal on the rim with my air compressor (since it is a tubeless tire).

I received the tire and took it to my local tire store to have installed. They indicated the tire was shipped with tape tightly wound around it and bent the steelo bead. They said the had to put it on a high prerssure air machine to get it to seat. Good thing I didn't try to do this myself at home.

Rugged, Tight and Perfect Fit
Changed the two front tires on our LA105 John Deere rider mower. It took us three hours (first time DIY) to replace, with hand tire tools and new inner tubes. Well worth the effort, a tight, perfect fit, well balanced, rugged, performed well on first two hour run over rough, rocky ground.

New front tires for my John Deere LA115 residential tractor

Good tires with poor shipping. The way the tires were packaged deformed the sidewalk. This made installation very difficult. The tire without the deformed side wall was much better. After installation the look good and are holding air. So no permanent harm was caused due to packaging.

I ordered and recieved this tire along with a set of bearings and a right side front spindle. The parts fit perfectly and I was back in the seat again. I will order again from GREEN Part Store.
