John Deere 6.5-bushel Bagger Hopper and Chute for 42A Deck - BG20755

didnt start off very good. started unboxing the stuff and there were bolts and washers all over. we ended up getting 2 sets of bolts for the hitch but were missing a lot of parts. had to have someone from john deere come out to put it all together and to get us the missing peices. today will be the first time trying the bagger so hopefully it all works good.

Just finished up installing this bagger on my z-track. Good quality product, shipping was a bit slow but I think that’s just how it is since the pandemic. I’m an auto technician by trade so install was just another day, for the less mechanically inclined I think there’s room for improvement on the install instructions.

The only reason I gave it a 4 star was the directions. I’m a little bit better than average mechanic. The directions don’t explain in detail how to assemble very easy and there illustrations are not clear enough. But that being said great product. Great job designing the bagger John Deere it works great. I use it for picking up leaves in the fall and does a great job.

The bagger came in a decent shipping pallet and big overall box. Instructions were very clear because each part had it's own instruction/manual and there was a manual about the whole system with instructions just incase you didn't see the paper that was in each part's own box. The two things I wish they (John Deere) would have done was: 1. Send this setup with the blades sharpened already. The blades provided was not sharp at all. the edge was very rounded like they forgot the final step. 2. I've always been taught to use a washer so the bolt doesn't go through the part. They (John Deere) do not provide enough washers for the head of the bolt and the nut. Other than that, this bagger system works great!
