John Deere Complete 48X Edge Extra Mower Deck Assembly 

48-in. Edge™ Xtra deck cuts clean and has rotatable anti-scalp wheels for easy installation

Features:
  • The 48-in. Edge Xtra deck uses the latest in three-spindle mowing technology to raise performance to a higher level.
  • The Edge Xtra Cutting System is mower decks with resilient four-point mounting systems, wider anti-scalp wheels, 1/4-in. (6.4-mm) cut-height increments, and an onboard deck-leveling system.  Replaces the C-designation and is used on Select Series™ Tractors 
  • The 0.12-in. (3-mm) deck stamping is designed to handle a large volume of material.  Gives excellent cut quality and uniform discharge, even in difficult mowing conditions 
  • The clean design of the deck underside contributes to a complete, even discharge of clippings.
  • Mower blade overlap is 2 in. (40 mm)  for a reduced chance of striping between blades.
  • The 0.12-in. (3-mm) deck stamping is designed to handle a large volume of material. The design also gives excellent cut quality and uniform discharge, even in difficult mowing conditions.
  • Spring-loaded mower wheel height-adjusting pins are convenient to use and provide quick cut-height adjustment.
  • Not a replacement for deck with non-rotatable wheels.
