PTO switch was a direct OEM replacement for the PTO switch that came in my 1999 Scotts S2048 Lawn Tractor. Once installed, the new PTO switch worked as advertised. About the only problem with the installation was removing the old PTO switch which was challenging because of the lack of space to release the tabs that hold the switch in the mower.

Good as new
Remove and replace took 2 minutes. Pro was not connecting at times. Very frustrating. After an internet search revealed 10 possible problems, I decided to try replacing the switch. Works like new.

Perfect replacement
I replaced this even though it was still working after all these years. I figured it was a matter of time. This one is exactly the same as far as i can tell, as the old one on my gt235.Time will tell
