Brush Guard
I have the X500 and this brush guard fits perfectly and give s the mower a cool look as well as protecting the front end. Anyone who has brush or shrubs will get into them sooner or later and this guard will protect your mower front end.

Look great on the X590 Tractor, I think JD could have provided an easier way to tilt it forward to access the engine area. Removing the cotter pin and shaft seems a bit primitive for such and advanced tractor.

Great Looking!
I got this for my X380 and it fits and works perfectly. It makes the garden tractor look great. I'm sure it's hefty enough to push brush out of the way but let's be honest you're getting this because it makes the tractor look good! I read some complaints that it limits your headlights. That has not been my experience. They work fine after installation. I just wish they would find a latch system to fold it down and open the hood.

Easy to install and looks like it came from the factory with it. They could have used a spring loaded pin to lock it in place rather than a rod and clips you can misplace, but works great otherwise.

Brush Guard
I have the x500(2014). It fits perfectly. Protects the front of the tractor and I recommend this part to all x500 owners. I like the look it gives the tractor, plus the functionality of the guard. Goes on easy for anyone who is willing to turn a wrench.

X590 Brush guard
I added the brush guard as well as the armrest kit to my X590 before I had 1 hour on the meter. Very simple install and well worth the cost to protect the front end from damage. First class quality and service
