Exact OEM Replacement
Recently a set of AM105168 replacement front wheels for my JD 318. Even though these matched the old ones perfectly, they would not grip the hub on the wheel and popped off. I was told to boil the caps in hot water for 1-5 minutes. After removing them and immediately installing them, they fit perfectly. My older wheels had no problem with them due to the grime,rust and dirt to grab on to. Great product.

Fit Like a Glove
Fit perfect! However, do not attempt to try and install this without boiling the cap in water first to soften the plastic. I boiled the cap for 5 minutes.

Part is way to small for . Had to heat it up to get it to go on. I don't think it's the right fit

Dust cap for JD 430 lawn/garden tractor. Tight fit. Needed to be warmed up before it would go on. I left it on the dashboard of my truck on a sunny day. While warm, I tapped it on with a board and hammer. Hasn't fallen off yet.
