John Deere Horn Kit - SJ12143

The parts that I received work great, but the manual included is for an older model tractor. This is strange since I sourced from John Deere’s website. Also, the only real issues that I had was the bracket for the horn is different, so it had to be installed facing the engine, not facing out of the grille. Second the button that installs into the dash needs to have a spacer installed behind the dash since the threaded section on the button is too long. ( We revolved this using a .5” long piece of .5” pex pipe. It only took about 5 minutes to install and works great.
