Switch was identical to original and was fitted in just a few minutes. Note: The Switch does not come with a threaded retaining ring to hold it in the panel. This could be a problem if the old one cannot be reused or is damaged.

Been having problem with no starting and not charging battery for years. Changed rectifier but no change. One day sprayed inside of switch with WD40. Charging at higher rpms increased slightly. System previously only carged at idle and dropped above idle. Installed new switch and starter relay kit. Now system sarts and charges at high idle
