John Deere Load-N-Go Attachment - 72D AutoConnect Deck 



We are excited to announce the availability of the John Deere Load-N-Go attachment for Model Year 2017 2032R and 2038R as well as the model 3R Tractors and 3120-3720 with 7-Iron Auto-Connect 72D mower decks.  

Since its introduction in 2011, AutoConnect for 7-Iron mower decks has made it easy to attach and remove mower decks from Compact Utility Tractors. The Load N Go attachment adds further value to AutoConnect mower decks by simplifying the process of moving the deck once it has been removed from the tractor. It is installed in place of the existing AutoConnect drive over ramps and empowers use of the tractor’s loader to pick up and move the mower deck, while maintaining the drive over capability. Also, when paired with jack stands, it allows a simple method to access the underside of the mower deck for washing, accessing blades, etc., without the risk of damaging the anti-scalp wheels. Now, getting that deck out of the middle of the garage floor, off the driveway, or simply out of the way, just got a whole lot easier!

When installed on 3033R, 3039R and 3046R when raised all the way, the bracket will contact the entry step on tractors with cab

Note: The applicable 72D base codes from Configurator are 7027LV only



Note: The hole for the self taping bolt in the LH ramp is no longer required per John Deere technical service

Note: Load-N-Go attachment is not compatible with the John Deere power flow bagger attachment due to an interference fit issue

Should Be Standard on the Mowing Deck
I have the 72D deck and mostly work by myself. The Load-N-Go was easy to install and so easy to use. Before I had to drop my deck and then try and muscle it around to store it. Now I just drop it, pick it up and put it exactly where I want it.

So these work great, i love them makes maint easy. the only thing i would recommend to the manufacturer is to weld the stob from the bottom. there is alittle too much weld on the top and its hard to get the pins into the stob. But overall well worth it to get these because the deck is so heavy.

Lead grunt
This should be standard equipment for all D72 mower decks. I have been using chains and the loader to lift the deck. Works but probably not safety certified. Took me 15 minutes to install. Best $250 I’ll spend this year.

Good, but could be great.
Very helpful for maintenance, storage, etc. Easy to install. Two points for improvement: 1) as mentioned by other reviewer, too much weld on the pin that connects to the bottom part of loader. It doesn't really fit entirely through the holes on loader, so you can't pin it in place with the lynch pin. This is a safety issue and makes it harder to set down without dropping it. 2) on my 72D there are two bolts on the left plastic spindle cover. The load and go is missing one of the bolt holes. It doesn't appear to make a huge difference, but the stock one is there for a reason...

No more lifting by hand
I have these on my 60D mower. I bought these because I have rods and screws in my back as well as a spinal cord stimulator so lifting about anything manually a big no. These make moving, cleaning or removing blades a breeze. I highly recommend them.

Back Saver
My review is basically what others have said. The brackets appear well made, were a direct bolt-on and they were on in minutes. Since the deck is heavy (for an older guy like me) to man-handle around, these are a back saver and make maintenance much easier and safer.

Wish I'd bought sooner
What a convenience. Wish I'd bought this sooner. Trying to move the big 72D deck around is a bear. Now with the load-n-go attachment and a new deck dolly I built moving and storing my deck should be a breeze.
