John Deere Leveling Gauge for Mower Deck Blade Height - AM130907

So I noticed my lawns weren't showing as well as they had been in the past. As a matter of fact I had stopped getting compliments and on the spot referrals. I purchased the leveling gauge and after an hour or so in the garage I had my mowing deck set to factory specs. In the past I had been using a tape measure to level my decks; it was such a pain I basically stopped leveling my mowing deck all together. It took all of five minutes to figure out how to use the level gauge and like I said an hour later and my mower decks were cutting perfectly!!! This tool is so easy to use and made such a difference my lawns are back to looking their best.

Finally able to accuratly measure the blade height. Learned something too that the back blade height should be 1/8 in higher than the front for optimal cutting.

This is a cheaply made plastic tool, however, it works as advertised. The low price of the tool and the extra time and effort spent adjusting the mower deck were worth it. Properly leveling my deck with the help of this tool resulted in a marked improvement in the quality of lawn mowing.

Product works so much easier than trying to do it with a tape measure.

A must have if you want the deck adjusted right

Tool is made of plastic, but it is a great gauge tool to set up your deck to cut properly. Works well.
