John Deere Mulch Cover 48-inch Deck - GY20417

Where are the installation instructions/pictures???

On the D140 deck it's not clear where the cover is supposed to hook on to. I had to put a little twist in the rubber links to make ti tight enought to stay on with out the grass pushing it out and off the deck. Other wise the cover itself works great.

I was waiting for days until the cut grass was dry enough to burn it. Meanwhile, my dogs were tracking the grass into the house, causing my allergies to go into overdrive. I needed a mulch cover and fast. This store has amazingly quick shipping, and I have placed three orders since. Great store.

The cover attaches easily enough but holds the normal exit chute up in the air. As I intend to mulch all the time, I removed the chute which resolved that problem and also reduces the width of the machine so it can go through narrower spaces.

The mulch cover was an exact match for my John Deere tractor. Works well to keep in the grass cuttings so the blades can do their job of mulching.

Installation is not exactly as described but it is not really an issue. Installed mine two mowings ago and have not had to adjust it. I actually think my 140 cuts smoother with this attachment installed

Works great. Was so tired of raking leaves every winter. This thing is awesome

This works exactly as intended but I have several dirt spots in my yard. With a cover over the grass chute there is nowhere for the dirt and dust to go but up and as a result, I was covered in dust.
