Excellent service! Ordered 3 parts: ignition switch, pto switch and drive belt. I had ordered wrong drive belt. Was contacted to get the right drive belt. Slight price difference. Originally paid with PayPal, they made it easy to pay the difference with debit card. Received parts quickly. Everything has been installed, except drive belt. So far just plug in and mow away. We ordered drive belt so we would have on hand, since we observed our belt would be needing one soon.

The part arrived on time without damage. Installation was straight forward. I would recommend a simple installation sheet although google provided enough support to complete the install.

Purchased switch and it arrived in 3 days. Biggest problem was removing the failed switch. New one popped right in. Works great. Just in time for snow season in Upstate NY!!!
