John Deere Seat Switch Adapter - M149778

This is the safety switch adapter plate that fits high back OEM JD lawn tractor seats such as AM132775. My dad had his seat replaced and the person who did it left the safety switch loose under his seat with the button taped down. (What the ...!!) His new seat had a cutout where the switch was supposed to go but no way to install the switch. See the cutout on the bottom of the seat AM132775? This adapter plate fits there - no tools required. Disconnect the switch button from the cable, figure out which side of the adapter goes toward the seat, click the switch into the rectangle with the button toward the seat bottom, the adapter fits into the opening and locks in place when turning 90-degrees. Finally, attach the cable to the switch. Safety switch installed.
