I've seem some of these offered Chains by other outfits; maybe even at a cheaper price. But if you checkout the details (fine-print), you'll discover that the size of the chains are smaller diameter. Those chains are lightweight; hence they're cheaper. These Chains however, are nice and HEAVY; made to Work FOR you!

Previously had trouble getting lawn cut due to terrain (2 acres of hills with trees), tires were losing grip too easily. Once the chains were put on it made the job substantially easier. They were easy to put on, no troubles after multiple times cutting grass.

They are heavier and a much better fit than the off brand chains I was using. I don't see these wearing out any time soon. My property is uneven with lots of slopes and trees. With the chains, I lose traction very rarely. What was a surprise to me was that they cost about the same as the inferior off brand that I was using. Give your lawn or garden tractor a break, get a set of JD chains.

Bought the for our Husqvarna tractor. Being mechanically challenged it took me a while to figure out how to put them on the tire. Once I figured them out they actually fit like a glove. Our acreage sits on the side of a hill and chains are a must, and these chains perform.
