John Deere Starter Solenoid - AM138068

I wasn't sure but thought this was the part I needed, it was and it fit perfect and the lawn tractor starts great again!

The solenoid functions correctly, but came without nuts to secure hot wire from battery and to starter. The old solenoid had different diameter poles than the new one so I couldn't reuse the old nuts. So the one star is for the hassle to find some that fit. Can't cost that much to to add two nuts.

Part was right. Worked. They shipped it faster than expected (I paid for First Class but they shipped it Priority 2-day! Third time I have ordered from these folks (have almost rebuilt my mowers) and always great.

This key piece of hardware is high quality and a direct replacement. Previous one made in India not so hot, hopefully this will last longer.

Arrived when it said. Fit like it said. Worked like it said. Enough said.

I have used this company once before and they were great so I thought I would try them again. they shipped the part to me ASAP. I installed it and was on my way to complete my work. GREAT company and I will highly recommend it to others and will use again myself. It will be my go-to parts store til the day I have a problem and I don't see that day coming any time soon.

My father's D110 wouldn't start so we assumed it was the solenoid, however, it turned out to be the battery. However, this solenoid works perfect for a John Deere D110, no issues. Would highly recommend to anyone.
