John Deere Starting Improvement Relay Kit - AM107421

I have been borrowing my neighbor's JD riding mower for a few years. He has had a problem with the starter for as long as I can remember. He was positive it needed a new starter but was hesitant on where to take it. So I got my husband, the mechanic, involved. Turns out a friend of ours had a JD repair business and told us what the problem was. I ordered the part from you; my husband installed it; it starts every time and my neighbor is thrilled!! Thank you so much for your help. If he needs anything else, I will be sure to contact your company again. Maintenance on his mower is the least I can do for him allowing me to use it.

This kit solved all my poor starting problems! As most tractors have safety switches in various locations, as time increases the resistance through the switches also does. This results in less than optimal voltage reaching the starter. This kit eliminates the problem. It also fits most compact Kubota's (such as my B2400 3 cyl. diesel), although this is not very well publicized.

I should have bought one of these, years ago. Starter engages, first time everytime.

Easy install on John Deere 650 (1986). Insufficient voltage at starter due to deteriorated coil. This unit provided a bypass without compromising any safety switches. Weak coil then neutral safety switches on wire to starter. Voltage is sufficient to enable new coil and draws power for starter from starter terminal.

I have a friend who sometimes couldn't get her STX38 to turn over. This kit solved the issue and it starts right up every time now!

This was easy to install on my ORANGE tractor (Kubota B2400) and wow what a difference, very noticeable especially if left outside in the cold for awhile. This is a five star part for sure and Green Parts Store was rock solid too. Easy order and at my door in no time!

Thought the starter motor on my old LX172 was in its final year--click, click, click almost every start-up. Started to order a new one when I read about this relay kit. I ordered it, installed it in less than 30 minutes, and now the old Deere starts right up.
