Mr. DIY

Excellent drop in replacement for failed steering tie rod in my JD GT275. Took all of 5 minutes to replace. re-used 9/16" nuts. Tools required: open end 1/2" wrench and 9/16" socket / wrench. Green Part Store folks are a pleasure to to do business with. Part shipped and received within several days. If you need this part, don't hesitate.

Tie rod assembly

I purchased this assembly for my JD LX176 and it has renewed the steering wonderfully! It installed quickly, unbolt old,line up bolt up new and whoa-la back in business. I would recommend this to anyone tired of their failing steering rod.

John at GreenParts called to be sure they sent the correct piece (there are two possible parts). The correct part arrived on time, installed in 10 minutes, and fixed the steering issue. It's all good.

Great Replacement Part

The old tie rod wears out gradually and then break. After installing the new rod on my GT275, my steering was tight and was like new again. 10 minutes to install. Fast shipping. Great sales persons to make sure I ordered the perfect part. I always buy my JD parts at Green Parts Store. The BEST 5-STAR seller.

Arrived Quickly Quality part

I was very happy with the timely shipping of the part. And it is functioning flawlessly. The only downside is I kind of preferred the Cadmium plated gold color of the old part as is shown in the picture. The new one is silver in color. I don't think the silver part looks as good on the mower!
