John Deere Traction Control Cable - GC00153

First time dealing with greenpartstore. Got part info from sales rep one day, due to commitment had to order next day. Received part as stated. Sales reps were excellent. New satisfied customer.

I found the part that I needed, ordered it and it was at my house in 2 days! My biggest problem was getting the time to replace the part. My mower was truly self propelled before this part came. Funny, as soon as I replaced this, the belt shredded. Got that locally; now my mower runs like new when I bought in 1999. Great service and selection! Nice job guys!!!

My well-used Deere JS63 self-propelled mower became truly "self" propelled when the the cable to the rear drive hydro unit broke. Wasn't the cable but rather the end of the spring, believe it or not. Order this replacement cable the Green Parts store on line. Fast shipping, clear communication and great folks to work with. Cable works like butter (did not realized how stiff the old cable had become till compared to the new one.) Feels like a new mower!

Item solved the problem. The most difficult part about lthe process was finding a way to get what I needed and be certain I was getting the correct part. The lady I spoke with on the phone was most helpful. I would probably still be trying to figure it out now if not for her.

Great service. Biggest issue for me was 1. My husband was out of the country when it snapped. 2. I couldn't budge the tire to read the serial number. Yay! I have my favorite John Deere mower back. Have pushing it around my hilly half-acre property for at least 7 yrs because the wire broke for the self-propel mechanism. This cable is reasonably priced, it was shipped promptly and the ordering was easy. I will order again from Green Parts!
