Chute Blocker Kit For Z700 and Z900 Series With 54 60 72 Inch Decks - SP101

I installed this on my Z915B 60 inch. Operation works exactly as I hoped it would. The only thing I did was drill a couple holes into the kit itself so I could attach it to my deck with holes on the deck for a more secure fit ( no wobble ). Works great. I can open and close chute on the move.

Especially useful in partial closure mode to direct clippings down further. Wish Zero turns came with these. Works great .

By far the best piece of equipment I have purchased all year. Easy to install, built from quality material , easy to use and the results are amazing. This attachment made my John Deere 960 a completely different machine much more efficient. I would highly recommend this part to home owners and commercial guys as it will certainly not let you down.

Good product. Instructions were not good at all on how to assemble.

Install was easy but the directions are terrible. I modified the clamp bar, by drilling the hole bigger, to utilize the supplied and unused larger carriage bolt in the square hole. The chute blocker works as intended. The mower actually does a really good job mulching the clippings with the blocker closed. The clippings do "windrow" up on the right side, but another pass disperses them back out.
