John Deere Mower Deck Housing - AUC16767

Deck is good but i think it is rediculus that a 2005 mower needs a deck replaced already. I have craftsmans 25 years old and nothing wrong with the deck.

The deck was delivered on time. All the parts from my old deck fit perfectly. Upgrade P-hook replaced old flat deck support. The quality of the deck material is excellent same as my old deck which is 19years old. Great product.

Item is solid but not sure I wouldn't buy the deck with spindles/blades/belt pre-installed next time. There are two springs and the holes for these are not prethreaded, making it difficult to manage the springs and get the bolts straight on. Additionally, better have an impact driver to get bolts off old deck. I did the parts moving and have a sense of accomplishment, but for the time sensitive repair, get the whole deck with parts installed.

I just unpacked my deck and was very impressed with the high degree of materials used to ensure the deck arrived undamaged! The deck is just as pictured and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I also received new deck hanging hardware free. The free John Deere hat is of the highest quality and is very handsome! Will be using the green parts store in the future as needed!!

Arrived quickly. No drilling tapping welding or cussing, perfect replacement for my 125. I also installed aftermarket steel reinforcement rings under the spindles. AND I got a nice green hat.

Part arrived when promised, was well packed and was as described. Change over of parts from old deck went easily, other than some of the bolt holes were not threaded and had to be tapped. Part used the new mounting system which was different from my old Saber, but the conversion kit supplied allowed for and easy change over.
