Description

John Deere Single Point Hydraulic Connector Kit

Available for the 120R Loader, the hydraulic single-point connector will save the operator time and effort during the loader removal and installation process. This feature allows connection or removal of all loader hydraulic connection lines effortlessly within seconds.

The single point system contains two main sections: tractor and loader halves. The tractor half that remains on the tractor is securely mounted, utilizing a bracket that is held in the same place as the loader mounting frame. The loader half is flexible and when disconnected, remains with the loader (parked).

For use with 120R Loader on 1E, 1R and 2025R Tractors

For use on 120R loader only. If installed on other loader models, John Deere will not honor the 6-month warranty.

Just wanted to let everyone know what we found out about this single point connection. I have a 2016 1025R with the H120 loader. My friend Doug has a 2015 1025R with the H 120 loader. all that is needed to make this work on the H120 loader is four angle fittings. The 120R loader has angle fittings on the end of the hard lines. The H120 loader has straight hard lines. Put the angle fittings on the straight hard lines and it works fine, everything else is the same. Installation was fairly easy and it works so great. Also Dougs tractor has Mauser cab on it and everything fits fine. Doug found the fittings on line at Hydraulics Direct .the part description is FS6500-06-06-90° Elbow3/8" ORFS Male x 3/8"ORFS Female Swivel. Hope this helps anyone who was wondering what the difference was. This is a great addition to our tractors.

Tractor Time with Tim
Support bracket is very sturdy (heavy). New 'single-wide' design is perfect fit for the narrow space between the loader mast and tractor. Handle and release fit my hand nicely allowing easy one handed removal. Allows removal and re-attachment of 120R loader without leaving the tractor seat. Requires slight hose modification to fit H120 loader. The hard-lines connecting to the loader on the 120R are 90 degree angled. On the H120, those same lines are straight. One might be able to make the hoses fit. Not sure about that. If you have the Deere 3rd function kit, you must still connect those hoses separately. If you have the Artillian diverter kit, you may have some space issues. The single point and support bracket occupy the same area as the artillian diverter. With creativity, I'm sure you can make it work.

Mr.
This is one of the best purchases I’ve made for my tractor. This has made installing and removing the loader much quicker and A LOT easier for the family.

This is a well made quality kit. My only problem was with the three bolts that hold the bracket due to not much clearance. Once I got them torqued to specifications everything went smoothly. I'm really satisfied with the kit and the price. John

H120 Owner
I just installed this kit on my 2017 1025R that has a H120 loader. I did not need to buy any other fittings. I installed the 90 deg. hose ends on the loader hard lines and pointed them downward. Connected the straight ends on the 45 deg. fittings (faced forward) that came with the kit that screw into the upper half of the disconnect. The hoses have a natural bend that allows you to rout them nicely, no problems. Everything works beautifully.

I bought and installed the BXX10283 single point hose connector for my 1025R. Best thing I ever got for the tractor, took awhile to install but WELL worth it. I also bought LVA 24158, an extra block and handle assembly separate, and 4 swivel connectors ( 38H3045 ) and 4 quick couplers (LVA 22292) to set up my front quick hitch plow to single point. Excellent

Best Upgrade Ever
This product is easily the single best upgrade for the 1025R with the 120R loader. If you use a mower deck or a 3-point hitch carryall frequently and don't want the extra weight and bulk of the loader up front, you can now switch out the loader effortlessly. And quickly too. Removing the loader for tractor maintenance, cleaning, or storage in my tiny tractor barn is easier too. No more fighting with hydraulic pressure, or tight fitting connectors, or fluid dripping everywhere, or wearing nitrile gloves to keep the fluid off of your hands, or cleaning up spills. I have used this quick connector for four months now - works great! Worth every penny.

Just wondered if anyone out there has figured out if this will somehow work on the H120loader. It looks like all that is needed is different fittings, but i dont know. Thanks for any help Bruce

Connector Kit
Wow, what a learning experience for an 80+ year old under informed non-mechanic. Used a combination of the instructions and Tim's video. The assembly went well until I tested my results. I overlooked the instructions that said the hoses needed be installed in a reasonable order. I believe things are now in order.

Mr
Instructions leave a lot to be desired - which size hose goes where, where the brass orfice (never defined) goes, that the loader will sink down to the floor when the old hoses are disconnected, that the hose holder will be discarded, etc. No problem with the concept or implementation, just the poor instructions, which made the job harder than necessary.

Recommend this to all John Deere owners that have to remove the front bucket to use the mower deck. My wife loves it because when she wants to use the tractor to feed the animals she can install the front bucket herself.

Great
The connector itself is awesome, the single point hookup is a lifesaver, but even simply having flush face connectors is great because they stay so much cleaner. Only thing I was not happy about was the length of the hoses. If they were 8-10 inches longer they would stay clear of pinch points and tight bends much better.
