John Deere TractorPlus Smart Connector Kit   

The TractorPlus smart connector module kit is a telematics solution that connects the tractor’s controller area network via Bluetooth to a user’s mobile device using the *TractorPlus app. The smart connector enhances the user experience of the TractorPlus app by adding several features. No tools required for installation.

  • Richer mapping and work tracking statistics using tractor metric histogram
  • Automatic updates to engine hours for maintenance interval tracking

Finally got this installed yesterday. Works Great. No instructions, but fortunately, I already had the instructions. A little vague, but essentially, plug the cord into the service port, attach the bluetooth module and tie it up. That keeps it simple.

Works
Not all the features work on my 3025E but I think that’s because it’s the base model tractor not this unit.. But it does help me keep track of hours on tractor and PTO without having to remember to put it in. All live info whenever I want. Plus seeing trouble codes helps with diagnosing problems.. love this device.

I am very satisfied with JD TractorPlus Smart Connector. The available screens are a must if you want to know how your tractor parameters on a dashboard screen, when maintenance on the tractor is due, access to diagnostics, and access to operations manual and part numbers. All these features and more are available on a smartphone and tractor by using JD Tractor plus.
